Does the 30-day free trial apply to annual plans?
Yes. Whether you choose monthly or annual billing, you get the same 30-day free trial. A card is saved when you sign up, and the first charge — $99/month or $990/year on Self-serve — happens only after day 30.
What happens after my 30-day free trial?
Your card is charged at the end of the 30-day trial for whichever plan and cycle you chose: $99/month or $990/year for Self-serve, $399/month or $3,990/year for Full Service. We email you 7 days before the first charge. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay $0.
What's the difference between Self-serve and Full Service?
Self-serve means you log in, send review requests, reply to reviews, and run reports yourself. Full Service means we do all of that for you — you just send us your customer list each week. Same product underneath; different amount of your time required.
Can I switch between Self-serve and Full Service later?
Yes. Many customers start on Self-serve, decide they'd rather not run it themselves, and move to Full Service. We prorate the change so you only pay for what you use.
Can I use this for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location runs as its own subscription with its own dashboard, branding, and review profile, so you can cancel any one without affecting the others. Get in touch and we'll set up multi-location billing for you.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Choose month-to-month or annual — cancel anytime, no penalty. Full Service has a 30-day notice period so we can do a clean handoff, but there is no minimum term.
How is BAAM Review different from Birdeye or Podium?
Three things: we're priced for local businesses rather than enterprise, we're built natively trilingual (EN / 中文 / Español), and we offer Full Service as a real managed product, not an upsell. Birdeye and Podium also charge thousands just for setup — we charge $0.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH for everyone. Full Service customers can also pay by check on a net-30 invoice — useful for agencies billing multiple client businesses.
