Is the audit really free? What's the catch?
There's no catch. The audit is genuinely free. We're hoping that some businesses, after seeing the audit, will want help executing the action plan — that's what BAAM Review service is for. The audit alone has no cost and no obligation.
Why do I need to sign up if it's free?
So we can email your PDF and so you can come back to view past audits. We don't sell email lists. Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime; transactional emails (your audit, your account) continue regardless.
How is this different from Birdeye or Podium?
Birdeye and Podium are review management platforms ($299+/month with setup fees). We're an audit (free) plus an optional follow-on service ($99–399/mo). The audit gives you the analysis before you commit to any ongoing software — including ours.
Do you actually read my reviews, or just count them?
We analyze every review in the past 12 months across Google and vertical-specific platforms. Sentiment, themes, response rates, response timing. Counts alone don't tell you why your rating is what it is.
What if my business has no reviews yet?
The audit needs at least 5 Google reviews to produce meaningful analysis. Below that, results are unreliable. If you have fewer than 5, we recommend collecting some first, then coming back.
My business is mainly in Chinese — does that work?
